Inclusive Care Choices was founded in Melbourne in 2021. We know that the same approach does not work for everyone, so we take the time to understand what matters to you.
You can use one service or combine different supports. We will work out the details with you.

You can meet your support workers before support starts and choose the people you feel comfortable with.
If a support worker is away, we try to arrange someone from your known backup team.
We start by talking about the support you want.
You can meet support workers before deciding who supports you.
We check in and adjust your support when things change.
We founded Inclusive Care Choices in 2021, backed by a leadership team with more than 21 years of industry experience across disability support, leadership and advocacy.
We combine professional experience with neurodivergent lived experience. We listen, respect each person's choices and build genuine relationships with the people we support.
In person support depends on your location, preferred times and support worker availability.
We can work with you by phone, video, email or SMS.
Inclusive Care Choices is not currently a registered NDIS provider. We work with people whose NDIS plans are plan managed or self managed, as well as people paying privately.
You can contact us yourself. A family member, support coordinator or another professional can also contact us with your permission.
