Support to take part in your community
Community access is based on where you want to go and what you want to do. This may include appointments, shopping, hobbies, events, work, study or spending time in places you enjoy.
You can meet your support worker before support begins. We take time to understand how you like to communicate, what makes an outing comfortable and how much assistance you want.
