Support coordination
Help to understand your plan, find services and make decisions about your supports.

One to one support to build practical skills, communication, confidence and independence.
How we can help
Life skills support is one to one and based on what you want to learn or practise. This may involve everyday routines, communication, planning activities or becoming more confident doing things in the community.
The aim is not to take over. Your support worker can break a task into manageable steps, practise it with you and adjust the support as your confidence changes.
Getting started
Choose one skill or routine you would like to feel more confident with. We can start there and build from what already works for you.
AvailabilityIn person support is available in South East Melbourne and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
